Trade Marketing Assistant Manager
Kuala Lumpur, Kota Bharu (Kelantan), Melaka (Melaka), Kuantan (Pahang), Ipoh (Perak)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to develop and implement channel / consumer programs which are in line with overall prodct strategy, leading to the achievement of the product's marketing plans and business KPI
• Work closely with Field Force and Retail team to derive trade strategies and approaches to improve both product and brand visibility at the trade
• Recommend right type of POSM and quantity for generic display, launches or campaigns to engage with shoppers
• Review and derive merchandising guidelines to merchandise products and work with field force to achieve best in class and consistency display at trade
• Work with product team to develop launch programs fro trade
• Develop, review and update on Retail index Standard quarterly to ensure it is align with business strategy
• Prepare Trade Presenter for major product launches and guide sales team on presenting to dealers
• Develop Monthly Cycle Bulletin to brief and update field force on merchandising, new product launches timeline, POSM placement and availability
• Compilation of weekly retail management and other business report

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of marketing / trade marketing experience in consumer / FMCG industry
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical and good negotiation  skill
• Highly adaptable and able to work independently
