UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd is a member of the UMW Group of Companies. We are engaged in the assembly, distribution and retailing of Toyota motor vehicles, both passenger and commercial. There are 3 subsidiary companies in UMW Toyota Motor Group and they are:

• Assembly Services Sdn. Bhd. - one of the largest motor assembly plants in Malaysia.
• Automotive Industries Sdn. Bhd. - manufactures exhaust systems.
• Toyota Boshoku UMW Sdn. Bhd - manufactures automotive seat.

SERVICE ADVISOR - GENERAL SERVICE
MYR 1200 - 1800
(Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Putrajaya, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, Terengganu)

Responsibilities:

• Advise and attend to customers' needs for servicing / repairing of vehicles.
• Establish of total customer care standards of the service center.
• Assist in the achievement of branch service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective implementation of customer retention program.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering / Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive industry especially at the Service Centre.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent team player with less supervision.
• Possess valid driving license.
