Several opportunities within Malaysia (e.g. based  in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor, or in Ipoh, or Kedah/Perlis, or Johore, or Melacca, or in East Coast, or East Malaysia...) and with 2 months initial training (including 4 weeks in Bangkok)

Sales Engineer
Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Melaka, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Sabah, Selangor, Sarawak, Terengganu

Responsibilities:

• Provide market knowledge, analysis and forecasts for your territory.
• To conduct correct technical analyses and provide technical services/support to dealers and end users.
• Conduct presentations to end users and able to promote the strength of MICHELIN products and advise to the customers.
• Seek new potential customers (end users) and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business in assigned markets.
• Make technical reports and handle customer complaints.
• Provide monthly sales report with analysis and action plan.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in Engineering, or Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent trade experience and skills may considered.
• Candidate needs to have an interest or experience in automotive or heavy machinery industry.
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of technical service & support related working experience preferably in engineering or heavy equipment industry.
• Pro-active, good autonomy, business sense, result-oriented
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience in selling premium products is an advantage
• Applicants must be willing to travel. (at least 5 customer visits per day)
