Channel Sales Executive
Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Selangor, Terengganu 
 
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all sales from lead generation to develop agreed upon sales plans which will deliver both personal and company sales targets.  Works within the sales and support teams to achieve increased customer base, customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the YTLC vision, mission and values
 
Driving Sales
  • Responsible for sales and channel dealers recruitment in the assigned territories.
  • Develops annual sales plan in line with sales priorities, recruitment and strategies for assigned territories by the Sales Manager.
  • Conduct 6-10 visitations per day based on daily routing.
  • Conduct YTLC product presentations and able to train all partners in assigned territories.
  • To foster a close partnership with channel owners and decision makers.
  • Complete understanding of YTLC products, pricing and business philosophy.
  • Periodically plan and execute in-territory special selling events to increase revenue and customer base.
  • Gather and communicate significant market feedbacks and information to sales, marketing and management groups.
Territory Management
  • Provide superior customer service and maintain partners relations in assigned territory to ensure high level of partner’s satisfaction
  • Manage the operating budget strategically and efficiently
  • Track and report for all sales and recruitment activities in assigned territory
  • Submit territory itineraries, sales plans, and sales forecasts as required
Relationships and Roles
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and channel partners.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all supporting departments
Requirements:
 
Education or equivalent
  • Diploma or equivalent in sales and marketing related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG, IT and Telecommunications Sales.
Skills and Specifications
  • Good communication, writing and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills
  • Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
  • Should be able to work as a team member
  • Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Flexible to work over weekends during Peak Promotion periods
  • Willing to travel on frequent basis
