commercial vehicles. We also provide automotive financing, motor
insurance cover, after-sales services and spare parts support to our
customers. Our products and services are delivered through our extensive
network of branches and authorized dealers located in all major cities
and towns in the country. In line with our rapid business expansion in
the automobile industry, we are currently seeking to employ dedicated
and enthusiastic individuals to be part of our team, amongst others as:
Customer Communications Officer (Eastern Region)
Kota Bharu (Kelantan), Kuala Terengganu (Terengganu)
Kota Bharu (Kelantan), Kuala Terengganu (Terengganu)
Responsibilities:
- Act as Brand ambassador of the branch showroom, attending to walks-in customers and extending Nissan hospitality;
- Provide excellent customer services to enhance customer experience;
- Assist Head Of Branch in organizing customer events (eg New Vehicle Appreciation Program (NVAP), customers get-together, launches etc);
- To support Head Of Branch in the implementation of customer service delivery activities, including Customer Satisfaction action plan, showroom presentation and test drive vehicles maintenance;
- Attend to all walk-in customers' need and ensure that customers' request, inquiries and complaints are attended to promptly;
- Solicits and provide leads generation to the branch sales;
- Assist Branch Manager to maintain exceptional housekeeping standard and cleanliness of the Branch showroom and restroom;
- Ensure adherence to the Company's policies and procedures at all time;
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Head Of Branch.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in any discipline;
- Two years of work experience in customer service role would be advantageous;
- Height requirement: >163cm
- Proficient in spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Must have outgoing and friendly personality
- Able to work 6 days week (including weekends and Public Holidays)
