PROJECT MANAGER
Kota Bharu (Kelantan)

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead to plan, organize and control projects in order to achieve budgeted profitability and timely completion.
• Be in charge for contract work planning, working methods and site safety and compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act
• Identify and report contract changes and modifications;
• Report on project financial and physical progress and cash flow.

Requirements:

• Degree In  Engineering (Civil & Structural)
• Minimum 6 years working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of project planning & scheduling.
• Effective site management skills and knowledge in reading plan.
• Willing to travel
• Preferable Bumiputera
