 Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and  provide directions when needed
  • Assist and educate customers to use the Banks electronic banking services
  • Assist customers to complete application forms
  • Attend to customers complaints
  • Perform other administrative duties and other task assigned by Branch Managers
Requirements
  • A DIPLOMA holder from any related field from recognised learning institutions or its equivalent. Experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, a team player and multitasking.
  • Pleasant  and confident.
  • The Company provides an excellent working environment with a good prospect for career advancement.
