Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide directions when needed
- Assist and educate customers to use the Banks electronic banking services
- Assist customers to complete application forms
- Attend to customers complaints
- Perform other administrative duties and other task assigned by Branch Managers
- A DIPLOMA holder from any related field from recognised learning institutions or its equivalent. Experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, a team player and multitasking.
- Pleasant and confident.
- The Company provides an excellent working environment with a good prospect for career advancement.
