The incumbent is expected to manage customer feedback's in the most tactful & timely manner. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. Possess dynamic and exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent in spoken and written English & Bahasa. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. 39 Full-Time position(s) available nationwide.
