PUSPAKOM SDN BHD is an authorized Vehicle Inspection body. Through our network of inspection centres across the country, we carry out inspection on commercial and private vehicles to make sure they are road worthiness. As part of our expansion plan, we invite the suitable candidates for the following position/s:

 

Vehicle Examiner Trainee
Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Sabah, Selangor, Sarawak, Terengganu, Labuan

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle inspection in compliance with governmental regulation and safety standards (SOP, ISO, and Policy & Procedures).
• Perform customer service to produce quality ‘product’ (report) and achieve ‘customer charter’ within the specified timeframe.
• Maintenance of equipment used in the inspection activity.
• Ensure a thorough and timely report is prepared and submitted to Operations Supervisor/Lane Leader for verification.
• Ensure proper filing of documentation.
• Performed all HICOM Management System (HMS) initiatives.
• Attended to customer queries and assign to the right personal.
• Perform any other duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Automotive/Mechanical) or equivalent
• 3 Credits in SPM (Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematic)
• Must have a valid driving license 'B2 & D'
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred age is between 21 to 28 years old.
• Maximum weight is 80kg and maximum height is 175cm.
• Willing to be mobilized at any branches nationwide.

Successful candidates will have to attend a short course certificate programme at International College of Automotive (ICAM) for 3 months.
