Customer Service Assistant
Johor Bahru (Johor), Alor Setar (Kedah), Sungai Petani (Kedah), Kuala Lumpur, Kota Bharu (Kelantan), Melaka (Melaka), Seremban (Negeri Sembilan), Bayan Lepas (Penang), George Town (Penang), Kuantan (Pahang), Ipoh (Perak), Kota Kinabalu (Sabah), Ampang (Selangor), Kajang / Bangi / Serdang (Selangor), Klang / Port Klang (Selangor), Petaling Jaya (Selangor), Kuching (Sarawak), Kuala Terengganu (Terengganu)

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for resolving all inbound customers' enquiries whilst ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  • To attend incoming calls/messages, mail & email enquiries from customers.
  • To build and maintain a relationship with our customers in a professional manner with an objective to fulfill their needs.
  • To manage the processing of customer orders placed through phone call @ email.
  • To responsible for handling customer service for walk-in customer or phone calls enquiries from customers.
  • To keep up to date on new or enhance product knowledge in order to maintain high level of quality service to customers.
  • All other day-to-day administration, coordination and service support for the division and any other task which are assigned as and when required in order to meet Company's objectives.
  • To monitor daily team member activity and generate related quarterly Key Performance Review reports which include Customer Satisfaction Survey, Service quality to customer enquiry and complaint.  
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Pleasant personality, proactive, self-motivated and loves working with people.
  • With good communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Able to show initiative and to work with minimal supervision
  • Mature, great works ethics with a positive working attitude and cheerful person.
  • Training will be provided for successful candidates.
