Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support in checking the claims of distributors.
- Assist distributor Finance teams in preparing and verifying the trade spend claims.
- Obtain approval from Regional Sales Manager and Division Manager before submitting claims to Sales Finance team.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices by distributors
- Provide inputs / date for DSO from trade, promo stock inventory at distributor warehouse, and validate closing inventory with distributor.
- Support DDN clearance.
- TRN and VIF tracking
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Contract positions available for various locations (Kepong, Melaka, Johor Bahru, Kuantan, Kelantan, Penang)
