by 6,000 employees in over 390 branches nationwide. In view of our
strategic transformation plans to strengthen and propel BSN to greater

following positions:
Teller
Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Sabah, Selangor, Sarawak, Terengganu, Labuan, Putrajaya
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous, fast and efficient service to customer
- Support day-to-day branch operations
- Monitor banking hall environment and queuing system
- Contribute to lead generation activities
- Ensure all operational procedures comply with SOPs and other banking rules and regulations
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties / project assigned
Requirements:
- A Diploma in any field or a minimum SPM qualification with 6 credits including Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics
- Strong interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
