Bata Malaysia now operates a retail chain with more than 270 stores known as Bata, Primavera and Footin offering a new shopping experience to its customers.

 

In view to business expansion, we are looking for self-motivated team players who possess the right qualities and qualifications to fill the following position.

TRAINEE SHOP MANAGER
Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Sabah, Selangor, Sarawak, Terengganu

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for the whole shop e.g. managing sales assistants, inventory , closing reports and sales performance and proper maintenance of the shop.
• Require total commitment and at the same time the person should be a self-starter and able to lead a team of sales assistants.
• Handling and overseeing all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store.
• To recruit, train, coach and motivate sales assistants to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Setting sales targets for the sales teams and periodically reviewing the same.
• Responding to customer complaints and comments and feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or above. Preferably with age at least 21 years.
• MInimum 1-2 year of working experience. Preferably in Retail / Fashion Industry.
• Result driven and willing to work independently.
• Pleasant personality, outgoing and enjoy meeting people.
• Self discipline, aggressive and clean financial attributes.
• Sales oriented with good capacity for interpersonal relationships and organisation, ability for team management.
• Must be willing to be relocated.
• Well conversant in Bahasa Malaysia/English/Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
