Planning; support and improve the delivery of HR programs such as training and people development; employee benefits; social events; recruitment; etc. Analyzes resource needs, absenteeism; disciplinary control and turn over for improvement of current policies and procedures Manages and leads on performance appraisals process; local recruitment and foreign workers management Requirements: Cert. / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any field Past work experience 2 to 3 years in administration of company and human resources Good in human relation and posses strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact comfortably with all level of staff Working knowledge of local labour law and HR practices; experience in handling foreign workers work permit will be an advantage   We offer attractive salary and bonuses, fast track career advancement and extensive training opportunity.
