Responsibilities:
- Effective implementation of In Market activities within assigned territory (example: cycle activities execution, territory business plan development & implementation)
- Effective and efficient implementation of Trade call plan
- Optimal utilization of Merchandising budget allocated
- Execute trade relationship program in accordance to Company guideline to maximize ROI
- Manage third party distributor performance in assigned territory
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing
- Minimum 3 years working experience in FMCG environment that has channel and account management approach
- Excellent implementation and problem solving skills with high motivation to drive for results
- Possess Goods Drivers’ License (GDL)
- Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge in Mandarin and dialects would be added advantage)
- Nationally mobile
