Sales & Marketing Manager
Based: Malaysia(Federal Territory/Kuala Lumpur, Kedah, Kelantan, Selangor)
 
Job Description
Progressively building residential and commercial properties, we are dedicated to provide quality investments with good appreciation rate that uniquely suits the economy's demand. In line with our current development of condominium projects in Klang Valley, OUG, Bangsar South, Alor Setar and Kota Bharu, we seek suitably qualified candidates to join us for the following positions:
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and promoting the sales and leasing of our projects and involve in marketing and leasing activities.
  • Conduct market studies and formulate marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with government authorities, advertising company, retailers & any related parties.
  • Prepare marketing presentation materials and any related documents.
  • Prepare claims, monthly marketing report and leasing with analysis and recommendation.
  • Organize and train the leasing and marketing team.
  • Negotiate, develop & prepare documents related to property, sales, marketing & leasing.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to keep abreast with the current sales, marketing and leasing trend.
  • Co-ordinate and implement marketing related activities such as exhibitions, sales launching, press write-up etc.
 
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years relevant work experience with proven track record in leading sales teams.
  • Solid track record of lead generation and realizing agreed sales targets in commercial and residential properties.
  • Demonstrated experience in back-end sales administrative management and development of sales operational manuals.
  • Well versed with all laws governing building management and security.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Driven with a"can-do" attitude and able to work under pressure and deliver within planned target and committed timelines.
