Branch Manager (Kota Bharu)
Kelantan - Kota Bharu

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the branch daily operations & activities.
• Ensure that operations are conducted in compliance to the BOP (Branch Operational Manual).
• Ensure compliance to all certifications requirement of the Company, ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO27001.
• To execute and disseminate all communication from HQ. 
• To manage and monitor staff performance and training .

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in business management.
• 5-8 years direct experience in branch management or operations.
• Dedication for excellence to drive the whole work force forward.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Mature thinking.
